ModKie ("we", "us") provides a unified AI API platform. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all content submitted to, generated through, or distributed via the Service, including Playground sessions, API calls, training datasets, and deployed endpoints. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to:

  • Text: prompts, chat completions, code, and other language outputs.
  • Images: generated or edited visuals.
  • Audio and video: music, speech, and video outputs where supported.
  • User inputs: prompts, uploads, datasets, and API payloads.
  • Downstream use: how you publish or redistribute outputs obtained through ModKie.

2. Content Standards

2.1 Zero Tolerance

The following are prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension and reporting to authorities where required:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexual content involving minors.
  • Content promoting terrorism, violent extremism, or instructions to build weapons of mass destruction.
  • Non-consensual intimate deepfakes targeting real individuals.
  • Content inciting genocide or violent hatred against protected groups.

2.2 Restricted Content

The following require lawful purpose, appropriate safeguards, and compliance with provider policies:

  • Adult or sexually explicit content.
  • Graphic violence outside clear creative, educational, or documentary context.
  • Political or civic content intended to mislead voters or impersonate officials.
  • Medical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional guidance.

You may not use ModKie to:

  • Generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content.

  • Scrape or systematically harvest model outputs to build competing models without authorization.
  • Use jailbreak or adversarial prompts to bypass safety measures.

3. Moderation

ModKie uses a layered approach:

  • Safety filtering provided by upstream model providers where available.
